Teaching Schedule: Substitute teacher.
Albert began practicing yoga in 2006 as part of his rugby training regiment. It was not to long into the program that he came to recognize the intrinsic value of movement and thought. Seeing how flow in movement and flow in mind came together, he carried the practice through his college rugby program, and into his post college life. In 2017 he completed his 200 hour certification with Tula Yoga Studio. During that time, he apprenticed under Rhiannon Kirby. With a degree in Philosophy, and a deep interest in Norse Myth, Albert hopes to take the flow of his teaching, and cultivate a class that explores the many dimensions of thought and myth when linked with movement, but not without fun, excitement and joviality.
