Teaching Schedule: Substitute teacher.
Cait found yoga while dealing with health issues that prevented her from doing many of the things she'd learned to love. Since 2007, Cait has been growing and transforming her practice to constantly learn more about herself and the world around her.
In 2017, Cait attended an intensive YTT that focused on Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative yoga, with elements of Ashtanga and Yoga Nidra woven through. She began teaching upon her completion of the course in Pittsburgh before moving to Chicago last Autumn.
Cait firmly believes that there is a style of yoga out there for everyone. When she's not teaching, Cait enjoys cooking, going dancing and laughing as often as possible.
