Vinyasa (Daily, check class schedule)

The word Vinyasa means "Breath Synchronized Movement". In this class, poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.

Happy Hour Yoga (Fridays at 6pm)

In addition to our complimentary tea, on Fridays, you also get a snack and a drink after class. For this class, teachers will rotate so you get a chance to get to know all the instructors in our community. Plan on hanging out after class, make some new friends and enjoy your Happy Hour!

Restorative Yoga (Sundays at 9am)

Restoration is an essential piece of any physical practice. In Restorative yoga, the 'rest and digest' part of the nervous system is activated and the body and mind are given permission to relax and recover. Gentle movements, passive stretching and postures supported with props are all components you will find in in this class.

Yin Yoga (Wednesdays at 8:15pm)

A sequence of poses where students hold each pose for several minutes. This technique is designed to relax the muscle, while engaging connective tissues. Yin Yoga is a great addition to your regular yoga regimen, as it allows your muscles to rest and engages your tendons, ligaments, and cartilage for added flexibility. This class is designed for all levels.
