Teaching Schedule: Substitute Teacher.
Darlene came to yoga in 2010 as a way to find consistency in her life. She stayed with yoga when she realized how much it helped her become more attuned to her body and still her anxious thoughts. Regardless of the style, yoga was an opportunity to show up to a practice and be present. Over time, yoga became more and more a meditation on self-compassion; one that resonated on and off the mat.
Inspired by the comfort yoga provided, Darlene came to teaching as a means of sharing this resource. Through her classes she strives to cultivate a fun and inviting atmosphere where folks can show up for themselves and each other.
When Darlene isn’t practicing yoga she’s probably cuddling with her beautiful kitties and/or fostering pups.
