Teaching Schedule: Substitute teacher.
Emma took her first yoga class in high school and she's been having fun with it ever since! As both a former collegiate athlete and lover of mindfulness meditation, Emma enjoys creating environments that celebrate the wisdom in both movement and stillness, and that balance both effort and ease. Though she's taken breaks from the practice over the years, Emma always comes back to her mat as a space for exploration and restoration.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Tula Yoga, where she had the privilege to learn alongside fantastic teachers and was honored to do an apprenticeship with Rhiannon Kirby. In Emma's classes, there's always space to get creative and dive into self-exploration through movement and mindfulness. She's passionate about making yoga accessible, inclusive and joyful.
