Teaching Schedule: Tuesdays at 8pm.
Since 2008, Hannaniah (Niah) has worked in the health and fitness field is always looking for new and creative ways to help others find their healthiest self. In the Winter of 2011, Niah tried yoga for the first time in Michigan and since then she has been on a long journey of Self. In 2016, Niah completed her 200hr RYT at Tula Yoga Studio and plans to use the tools given to her from her mentors to continuously help others on their journey of self discovery. Niah’s classes are filled with warmth, compassion and, because we never grow within our comfort zones, a bit of a challenge.
When Niah is not teaching yoga you can find her teaching other forms of fitness throughout Chicagoland and performing throughout the midwest and east coast with her band!
