Teaching Schedule: Mondays at 5:15pm, Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Thursdays at 10am & 5pm.
Kathryn fuses old school fundamentals and traditions with new school sequences and music to create a lighthearted, fun and supportive environment for self-discovery through yoga. A former lacrosse player, she aims to cultivate balance between length and strength, sweat and stability, health and hedonism.
Kathryn offers both private training and group classes, scaled to your individual needs and goals. She has experience with injury prevention, functional medicine and active rehabilitation. Kathryn has been teaching yoga since 2012, when she received marquis training in vinyasa and restorative yoga as well as strengthening and sculpt methods. She received her 200 hr training from the Chicago School of Yoga in early 2014, and continues to study with (and be inspired by) David Duerkop, Lucia Drever, Per Erez, Shanna Linn and Lauren Massarella.
