Teaching Schedule: Mondays at 4pm (Gentle Yoga), Tuesdays at 5pm, Thursdays at 6:30am & 8:30am and Sundays at 9:00am (Restorative Yoga).
Natalie is also available for private yoga sessions @TULA on Wednesdays at 3:30pm.
I am a yoga teacher and self care enthusiast from Chicago, Illinois. As a teacher I am inspired by Tantric Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, nature, and daily life. Practicing yoga teaches us that through a deeper connection with body, mind and spirit, we are able to identify and overcome whatever is keeping us from living our best life. My goal for each class is to create a space for students to cultivate and realize their own intentions, and to connect with their teacher within. I became a massage therapist in 2007, and bodywork is still a huge part of my life. One of my greatest passions is self care, and self massage. Taking ownership of our bodies to support healing, manage physical pain, and to cultivate relaxation are real gifts, and I love sharing these gifts with my students.
