Jen is also available for private yoga sessions @TULA on Saturdays at 7pm. 



Jen turned to yoga in 2012 to finally find relief from her anxiety, depression, and insomnia. Yoga then quickly became far more than just a workout or compliment to her sedentary corporate life, it became her rock for grounding her in all of life’s twists. In the summer of 2015, Jen enrolled herself into the 200 hour teacher training at CorePower Yoga and hasn’t stopped seeking more knowledge since. Recently she has attended trainings with Claire Mark, Cassi Stuckman, Leeann Carey, and Sara Strother. Jen believes in the healing power of a consistent yoga practice and wants to share that passion with as many as possible. Jen’s classes emphasize safe alignment, mindful breathing, self-care, and relaxation.
