Hi I’m Jen! I love teaching yoga to novice beginners or anyone who is interested in learning and expanding themselves. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I first started yoga. I was just a big ball of stress. I felt so out of place and nervous while waiting for that first class to begin, but after I felt a huge sense of peace and desire to continue. Many inspiring teachers and years later, here I am! Yoga has helped me find a sense of balance in every aspect of life. It has opened my eyes to many new things and possibilities. I love sharing that same passion with others around me. I draw my inspiration from all different styles of yoga, great teachers, and anatomy research. In my classes you can expect a mix of mindful breathing, conscious alignment, a (optional) challenge pose, self-care, and relaxation. Hope to see you soon!
