Growing up as a dancer, Katie always had a connection to body and movement, but as a lawyer and chronic over-analyzer, thoughts and thinking seemed to take priority. As she developed a consistent meditation and yoga practice, Katie discovered that the mind is no more important or true than body, intuition, and spirit.
Katie’s vinyasa yoga classes focus on mindfulness of movement, safe alignment, and strong breath and energy flow. She aims to provide a comfortable and open space for students to let go of the stories that they tell themselves about who they are and how they are seen by the world. Her classes encourage students to turn inward, connect with their true selves, and find love and gratitude in each moment.
