After taking a course in College about the practice, history and philosophy of yoga, Kim realized that it's impact extended far beyond the physical aspect. Years later her practice became more regular in effort to balance out the daily stress of work. She completed her 200-hour training in 2014 and has continued to study, teach and practice with an open mind and heart. Kim incorporates subtle alignment cues that help to encourage a balance of power and softness in the body, mind and spirit. Honoring that every individual has a different story, path and future, Kim's classes welcome all and encourage the value of each person in their present moment.
