Lauren has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. While she was initially drawn to the physical aspect of yoga, her practice has evolved to appreciate the tradition, spiritual benefits, and mental clarity that yoga provides. Lauren teaches yoga to bring awareness and amazement to what the human body can do. Her classes are a vinyasa flow style that incorporate athleticism, playfulness, and mind-body awareness. Lauren empowers her students to take a holistic approach to finding and honoring their authenticity through practicing yoga. She encourages her students to try new things, work hard, and let go of the results.
