Lori first discovered yoga nine years ago as a compliment to weight training and gym workouts, but soon realized how powerful the practice was by using the focus on the breath to find calmness within her hectic lifestyle. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training in 2014 under the guidance of David Duerkop and Jill Mockaitis. It was through teaching and sharing yoga with others that Lori discovered her true role as a healer. In 2017, she left corporate life behind to pursue a Doctorate in Chinese Medicine (acupuncture and herbalism) at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Her classes aim to be playful, with a focus on breath in order to find calm within the chaos of everyday life.
You can find Lori at the desk at TULA, as well as substitute teaching.
