Teaching Schedule: Mondays at 5:15pm and Fridays at 9am.
Paige was drawn to Yoga as a natural avenue for anxiety relief. In 2014, she started practicing at Tula in Chicago, IL. Through the deeping of her practice, Paige experienced the healing wisdom of her many yoga teachers. As a teacher, she would like to pass on this universal wisdom. Her teaching priority is drawing the student’s attention to their own breath, alignment, and self compassion. She has witnessed the capacity of the student to manage their own suffering and find relief from within. Through teaching the physical practice of yoga posture (asana), Paige aims to guide the student’s awareness to their own innate healing capacity.
Paige took her RYT 200+ hour teacher training at Yoga Loft in 2017. She has been educated in how to teach Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and Yoga Basics (ETC.). Currently, she continues her education at local yoga studios in the Chicago area. Paige believes that in becoming a yoga teacher she has become a lifelong student.
