Teaching Schedule: Substitute teacher.
Rachel has been practicing yoga for 7 years and completed her 200 teacher training at Tula Yoga Studio. Initially, she came to yoga as a form of fitness and later as a form of healing, both physically and emotionally. Off the mat, Rachel enjoys running, reading, the beach, and playing ultimate frisbee. As an athlete who has experienced multiple injuries and surgeries, yoga has given Rachel an opportunity to find healing and balance in her body. Yoga continues to provide Rachel an opportunity to slow down, connect with her body, and embrace life with a courageous spirit. In her classes, she seeks to give students this same opportunity as well. Rachel aims to provide students with a safe place to connect with themselves, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
