We have teamed up with our friends and neighbors at Five Point Holistic Health to offer you an evening of ultimate relaxation in combining yoga, pranayama (breath work) and acupuncture!
First, we will get everyone settled in with a short introduction and answer any questions you may have about the class or the therapy of acupuncture.
For the next 45 minutes, Hannah Keene, will guide you through a Gentle Yoga class. Pranayama will be integrated into the practice and during the resting pose, savasana.
For the last 45 minutes, Celeste Levitz-Jones (licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist) will perform a community style acupuncture session focused on the arms and legs to help you further your calm and promote stress relief throughout the body. While the healing & balancing energy effects of acupuncture are taking place in the body, Hannah will lead you in a guided meditation to close the session out.
You will FLOAT out of this class.
**No yoga or acupuncture experience required. Be sure to wear shorts and a tank top to expose arms and legs for the acupuncture portion of the class.**
