Get Upside Down! An Inversion Workshop

Beat the winter blues! Take a trip off of your mat and into the air. I will lead you safely off of your feet and break down several inverted poses like Sirsasana A and B (headstand and tripod headstand), Adho Mukha Vrksanana (handstand), Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand).

Inversions have numerous benefits including:

*Improved circulation and mental awareness

*Calming of the mind

*Stimulates the endocrine system

*Help to relieve depression & anxiety

*Can lower blood pressure

*Reduce the effects of age and gravity on the body

We will play with fun transitions and variations, think light thoughts and find a new perspective with this adventurous upside down workshop.
