Modify, Intensify, and Encorporate Challenges into All-levels classes.
Asanas exist on continuation of difficulty. Most people know several variations of a given shape, but each pose can be transformed in relation to gravity, in relation to balance, in relation to strength and flexibility. Learn to look at asanas in terms of how they relate to each other, where they lie on the continuum of difficulty, and slide along that continuum.
Look at asanas, identify the purpose of, and mobility within the Asana, and use this information to make logical choices about how to intensify. Take poses that seem simple, and that we practice all the time, and transform them in terms of strength and in terms of flexibility to make the postures your own.
