Developing a Self-Practice

Beginning or strengthening a yoga self-practice can be a great way to maintain and deepen your overall yoga practice. It can be whatever you want or need it to be, it can begin and end at any time, it can support your mood, tune you into your physical needs and be a life-long tool to connect you -- to you.

In this workshop, you will be given all the tools you need to start or grow a yoga practice at home (or at our NEW class on Fridays at 10:30am: Open Mat, A Self-Practice!).
