Stephanie is a native of France, Chicago-based teacher who loves to share the gifts of the Yoga practice with everyone. Yoga found her 8 years ago when she was working in the Marketing world in Paris. The practice helped her to offset stress, find balance in her daily life, and connect to her intuitions. She truly believes that Yoga and Meditation are powerful tools for transformation and sparking the creativity we all have within us.
Formally trained through Moksha Yoga Center's 200-hour TT program in Chicago, she continues to study with teachers who inspire her including Tias Little, Aadil Palkhivala, Seane Corn, Mia Park, Gabriel Halpern and more.
Stephanie offers mindful vinyasa flow and hatha Yoga classes, with a strong emphasis on aligning body, breath, and mind. She always incorporates pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation in her classes. She also teaches Yoga nidra, a powerful ancient and very healing technique of deep guided relaxation. ‘As a teacher, I strive to guide my students on their journey of empowerment, to feel good in their body, find their inspiration, and above all, have fun!’
