Yoga Teacher Mentorship and Yoga Immersion
Whether you are an emerging teacher, an experienced teacher seeking support, or a dedicated student who simply wants to go deeper in your practice and study, this program offers a personalized path for continued growth.
You do not need to be planning to teach yoga to participate. This can be a mentorship for yoga teachers, or it can be a yoga immersion for students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga in a meaningful, one on one or small group setting with a knowledgeable and experienced teacher.
Over the course of 3 to 6 months, you will receive up to 20 hours of mentorship or guided study, tailored to your interests, goals, and level of experience. Together, we create a course of study that supports your unique path, whether that means refining your skills as a teacher or deepening your relationship to yoga as a personal practice and way of life.
This program may include exploration in areas such as:
yoga philosophy and self study
the yamas and niyamas
asana and intelligent practice
pranayama and breathwork
meditation and mindfulness
subtle body teachings, including prana, chakras, and energetic awareness
sequencing and class development
finding your authentic voice as a teacher
practice teaching and feedback
observation of experienced teachers
integrating yoga into daily life
developing a home practice
working skillfully with intention, theme, and personal inquiry
For teachers, this program offers grounded support, honest feedback, and real world guidance as you continue to grow into your teaching.
For non teachers, it offers the opportunity to study yoga more deeply, receive personalized guidance, and immerse yourself in the broader tradition beyond the public class setting.
