Mondays at 11:45am & Wednesdays at 12pm.

(In-Studio & Virtual)

 Join us for free meditation sessions! We will start each session with some gentle movement (to prepare the body for sitting), then a meditation reading, reflection or prompt and finally 10-15 minutes of guided meditation.

You can view our calendar of sessions below and register or just stop in! (If you are attending via Zoom, you must register within 2 hours of the session).
