Meditation
Meditation sits at the very heart of yoga, inviting us to move beyond posture and breath into direct, moment‑to‑moment awareness. By turning inward, we cultivate steadiness, clarity, and compassion, the inner qualities the other limbs of yoga ultimately serve to support. Whether you arrive through stillness, sound, or guided practice, meditation is where the fullness of yoga blossoms into everyday life.
Our Offerings:
Before or after classes, when available, you are always welcome to meditate in our new Quiet Room - located to the left of our front desk.
Join us for these classes that intentionally incorporate time for guided meditation:
Hatha or Vinyasa Flow + Meditation, in-studio only, Mondays at 10:30am, Tuesdays at 10am, Fridays at 9am and Saturdays at 8am
You are welcome to walk in or register on our class schedule.
