Discover a proven path to greater peace and resilience with the original 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, developed by mindfulness pioneer Jon Kabat-Zinn. Offered exclusively in-person at Tula Yoga Studio by a Brown University-trained instructor, this science-backed course provides hands-on guidance for managing stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges.
Each 2.5-hour session combines mindful movement (yoga), formal mindfulness practices (meditation), and informal exercises like mindful eating and listening, along with group dialogue and inquiry. Together, these tools help you uncover habitual stress reactivity patterns, break free from them, and cultivate healthier ways to respond to life’s demands.

*Attendance in each session is very important as each week’s practices build upon each of the previous weeks’ lessons. Upon request, and participating in the Orientation, at least 6 of 8 weekly sessions, and the "All Day Retreat", each participant will receive a certificate of completion.
