About your Instructor: Maile Wicklander, MA, RYT-500

Maile is the Owner/Operator of Tula Yoga Studio. She teaches weekly group and private yoga (specializing in therapeutic/somatic yoga) & meditation classes and is qualified MBSR Teacher from Brown University.
