Our Team
At Tula, we think of yoga teachers as guides.
Yoga is not something a teacher gives you, and it is not something that only happens in a class. Yoga is an internal practice, a way of listening, noticing, remembering, and returning to yourself.
A teacher may offer a shape, a breath, a question, a pause, or a pathway inward. But the practice belongs to you. Your body, your breath, your attention, your lived experience, these are the real teachers.
Our teachers are here to help you explore, not perform. To support you in sensing what is true in your own body. To show you where to look, but never what you must see or feel.
Because yoga does not come from the outside in.
It awakens from the inside out.
