Spend the afternoon gently moving the body and expanding the mind to become more aware of the present moment - where life is taking place. Learn strategies, techniques, formal & informal practices to be able to cultivate and bring the gift of mindfulness + meditation into your life.

Please dress in warm, comfortable clothing and bring a notebook & pen/pencil for recording notes/thoughts.
