As a yoga teacher, I’ve come to understand that well-being extends far beyond the mat. Yoga is not only about movement and meditation, but about living in harmony with ourselves through daily practices of self-care. In the Ayurvedic tradition, this is known as dinacharya - the daily rhythms and rituals that support balance, vitality, and wholeness. Nourishing ourselves through food is an essential part of this practice.
Alongside teaching yoga, one of my deepest passions has always been food, cooking, baking, and creating meals that bring people together. I believe that how we eat and how we cook are extensions of mindful living: moments of creativity, care, and connection.
My philosophy around food is grounded in the idea that diet and nutrition are highly individualized. Each body has its own unique chemistry, needs, and rhythms. What feels nourishing and energizing for one person may not be the same for another. I don’t subscribe to any one particular diet, but I can support a variety of approaches—whether vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, or omnivore. The key is learning what makes you feel your best, and discovering the foods and practices that bring balance to your body and life.

Private in-home cooking lessons
Single Session (2 hrs), $175
Perfect for a one-time cooking lesson, learning a few recipes, or focusing on a specific skill.
3-Session Package, (2 hours each) $450
A short series designed to build confidence and expand your kitchen skills step by step.
6-Week Series (one 2-hour session per week) $950
A deeper dive into cooking, meal planning, and developing a rhythm in the kitchen. Sessions can include grocery shopping guidance, exploring cuisines, or even building up to hosting a family meal.
