A structured program inspired by Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1974, adapted for the workplace:

1.5 hour live each week (on‑site or Zoom).

Weekly theme progression—from noticing automatic pilot to fostering compassion in the midst of deadlines.

Between‑session audio recordings (10–15 minutes) to reinforce practice at home and work.
