Menopause Yoga for Anxiety
Navigating the menopause journey can be a confusing and frustrating time during a person's life. Symptoms are varied and often change on a daily basis; however, relief may be found through meditation, pranayama, and the asanas of yoga.
Join Menopause Yoga accredited teacher, Meghan Rutledge, for a workshop designed to help navigate anxiety, overwhelm, and brain fog with grace and confidence. We'll explore the phases and symptoms of menopause and share our stories. Finally we'll practice specific breath work, meditation, mantras, and poses to help alleviate anxiety and invite calm and peace.
All bodies welcome. Props will be provided. Please bring a journal.
