9:00am - 9:30am: Invocation, Review Guidelines for the Day (noble silence, optional device renunciation), Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation/How to Sit in Meditation, Setting an Intention, Q&A
9:30am - 10:30am: Embodied Practice
10:30am - 11:00am: Mindfulness Meditation
11:00 - 11:30pm: Dharma Talk
11:30 - 12:00pm: Mountain Meditation
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Mindful Eating Practice - Homemade Hot GF/Vegetarian Lunch (with vegan options) + Dessert + Snacks + Hot Tea (Option to bring your own lunch in, we have a microwave & small refrigerator)
1:00pm- 1:30pm: Walking Meditation with Guidance (Weather permitting in Palmer Square Park)
1:30pm - 2:00pm: Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation
2:00pm - 3:00pm: Somatic/Restorative Yoga + Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation +
3:00pm - 3:30pm: Open Awareness Meditation
3:30pm - 4:00pm: Break Silence, Group Discussion, Q&A, Re-integration, Closing
