Shelby, started her Yoga journey 10+ years ago with Ashtanga Vinyasa. While still holding love and respect for traditional practice, her true passion is in a fun and creative Vinyasa flow, accompanied by a carefully curated playlist. Building heat and mobility through mindful movement, her goal is always to cultivate an approachable practice while hopefully inspiring students to explore mind-body connection through newness on their mat.
